Day Twenty – Procrastination

What have you been putting off doing? Why?

Losing Weight! I’ve been putting this off for months and months, mostly because it’s hard, and I hate being hungry, and I love food!
But it’s also hard to be overweight, and I hate being fat, and I love fitting into my clothes!

Update 18/4/15: I started a new VLCD on Monday and 5 days in I’ve lost 3.1kgs, and totally back into my old routine. Feels great!
