Weigh In Wednesday 9/1/13

Fat to thin weight loss fitness peopleSecond weigh in for the year and so far things are going well. Just 700gms to go to get back to where I was some months ago – yes I know I shouldn’t be ‘getting back to’ but ya know shite happens sometimes.

Anyway have been doing VLCD since the beginning of the year with the exception of a couple of days and I’m really happy with the results – so far I’ve lost 4.3kgs since 24 Dec so about 16 days – tracking at about 2kgs a week which I know won’t last but I’m taking while I can.

3 more kilos and I’ll reach another milestone so would love to have completely surpassed that by the end of the month.

I have also join a Biggest Loser challenge on Facebook so that should also help to keep me on track.
