Weigh In Wednesday 20/6/12

Just a quick update today.

I have lost 9.9kgs (21.78lbs or 1.5 stone) to date, which is one third of the way to goal weight. On Friday it will be 11 weeks which is a little under 1kg per week, a nice slow loss, however I’m hoping to bump a few kgs a week for the next month or so, and then I can work towards feeling like I want to exercise.

Today is a good day!
